PRIVACY & POLICY

How we handle your data

What information the Platform collects, how it's used and shared, and the rights you have over it.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MSZ Warehouse Platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates or amendments.

2. Account Registration
Users are required to register an account to access booking services. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date, including personal and business details where applicable.

3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through the Platform and are only confirmed upon successful payment.

Upon submission, bookings will be assigned a “Pending Confirmation” status until approved by the warehouse operator within the specified timeframe.

Booking confirmation is subject to warehouse availability and operational constraints. No custody obligation arises until the booking is formally confirmed.

If a booking is not confirmed within the system-defined confirmation period, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the paid amount will be credited to the user’s wallet.

4. User Obligations
Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information as required by MSZ, including but not limited to cargo details, supporting documentation, and any operational information requested by the Platform.

MSZ reserves the right to request additional information at any time to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements. Any failure to provide required information shall be deemed as non-compliance.

5. Prohibited & Dangerous Goods
Users are strictly prohibited from storing any illegal, hazardous, or undeclared goods through the Platform.
  • Drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
  • Explosives, weapons, or flammable materials
  • Toxic or hazardous chemicals
  • Any goods prohibited by law
  • Undeclared or misdeclared cargo
Users must ensure all goods are fully and accurately declared. MSZ and the warehouse operator reserve the right to inspect or verify any cargo, and to reject or suspend unsafe or non-compliant goods.

If such goods are identified, MSZ may suspend operations, report to authorities, and the user shall bear full responsibility. The user agrees to indemnify MSZ and the warehouse operator against any losses, damages, or legal costs arising from such goods.

6. Storage, Charges and Security Deposit

7. Overdue Storage
If goods remain stored beyond the agreed period, the booking will be classified as “Overdue.” Additional charges will be applied based on a multiplier structure calculated as Multiplier × Storage Rate × Duration, ensuring that prolonged storage results in progressively higher cost exposure over time.

Where outstanding charges exceed the deposit or remain unpaid, MSZ may restrict cargo release, deduct from the deposit, or initiate recovery or enforcement actions.

8. Booking Cancellation
Users may cancel bookings prior to confirmation or during the upcoming period. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

All cancellations will be reflected in the booking history and notified to the relevant warehouse operator.

9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be submitted through the Platform’s ticketing system. Each ticket must be associated with a booking and include relevant supporting information.

Disputes will be managed between the user and warehouse operator, with administrative oversight where necessary.

10. Wallet and Payments
The Platform supports wallet-based transactions and payment gateway integration. Refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet.
  • Represent prepaid or settlement value within the Platform
  • Are non-interest bearing
  • May be used for future bookings or withdrawn subject to applicable processing terms, timelines, and fees imposed by third-party payment providers
MSZ shall not be responsible for any fees imposed by external payment service providers.

11. Limitation of Liability
MSZ shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from:
  • Incorrect or incomplete cargo declaration
  • Improper packaging
  • Delays caused by user non-compliance
  • Events beyond reasonable control

12. Suspension and Termination
MSZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases of non-compliance, misuse of the Platform, or breach of applicable laws. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities, false or misleading declarations, and abuse of system processes.

In the event of warehouse suspension, MSZ reserves the right to relocate, hold, or release goods based on operational and safety considerations. MSZ acts as a platform facilitator, and any physical handling or relocation is performed by the warehouse operator on behalf of the user. All actions will be communicated to the user, and applicable charges may be adjusted accordingly.

MSZ reserves the right to immediately terminate any booking involving prohibited or hazardous goods without prior notice.
